Recovery Group:

This powerful 8-week group is designed for men
and women in recovery from alcohol and other
drug addictions. The focus of the group will
be to help people ‘step-up’ their recovery
program and learn to embrace life fully –
without alcohol and other drugs. The
group will blend the practical and spiritual
aspects of recovery to create an environ-
ment of support, encouragement
and strength.

Women's Group:

Finding Peace Amidst the Chaos!

Starting January 2010 - Date and Time TBA soon!

This empowering 8-week group is designed for women to help stay centered and focused evenduring the most challenging times. Exploring how to stay connected to our true spirit and appreciate the blessings in our lives when we are feeling drained and overwhelmed will be the focal point of the group.  Some of the topics to be covered are:  codepency, balancing family/self/career, relationships, and finding your voice.
