Most of us, at some point in our lives, have benefitted from the guidance of a coach – usually when participating in a sports activity. Coaches help us learn new skills, improve our performance and recognize the value of a team. Life Coaching is based on the same principles.
Life Coaching is an active, collaborative process focused on helping people:
- determine the direction they’d like to go
- identify and accomplish specific personal
or vocational goals
- identify strengths and resources to
achieve these goals
- utilize support from others
- think outside the box
- hold oneself accountable
- re-focus when off-track
- celebrate successes
In my practice, Living Life Enterprises, my aim is to help people ‘wake up’ and embrace life fully … step out of their comfort zone and take risks to discover how fulfilling their lives can truly be when they give 100%.
